How do I reduce facial bloating + does chewing gum really help with face?

Considering buying gum to chew to make face look better, want to reduce my facial bloat too. I'm at 18% bf rn I think, going to get down to 12%. My cheeks are bloated and I feel like it's my biggest fail tbh. If gum is good to chew, what sort of gum should I get? My chin isn't that big too
