ssris/pregab/benzo then, yes it only works for bodily anxiety but I feel like it also helps mentally in some cases since u dont get as stressed from ur body but it depends on the person.

you can get it from the doc quite easily if uve an anxiety type of diagnosis, or find a source to import it
