How do i reduce the chin projection

As seen in the pic, i got too much soft tissue bunched up on my chin, which makes it projected not in a good way. But, the question is, how am i supposed to even reduce it, without causing any damage to the mentalis? Is a normal genioplasty needed, or does it have to be some sorf of liposuction or other shit?
I tried to put my head in the frankfort plane, i know its not perfect, theres still slight tilt to my head, but still.

it's not your chin, it's your gonial angle

similar projection would be ideal if only your gonial angle wasn't so low

You can do upper jaw surgery (LEFORT 1 Advancement). This will balance your facial proportions and make harmony better.

My maxilla doesnt seem recessed and my occlusion is already class 1. How would that help other than making me dogmaxxed?

send the xray, i measured it correctly - the ideal values were extracted from soft tissues over bone measurement as shown in BOTB, dalit

You may do a backwards genioplastly but surgeons wont usually recommend it because it can fuck up your breathing. However, some surgeons in Turkey may do it because they have less liability

The thing is, my chin projection is adequate, its just the soft tissue bunched up on my chin that makes it look comical

a mentoplasty might help. consider chin reduction surgery if u really want to reduce the prominence of it

Nah, my chin itself isnt even projected on skeletal level, if anything its average to slightly projected. I just have shit ton of soft tissue there , never seen another person with the same chin as me ever. Guess downgraft should be enough
