How do i reduce the chin projection

No ortho work ever done, ever. I have a moderate deep bite which im having fixed for now, but nope, my jaw occlusion is class 1.

As seen in the pic, i got too much soft tissue bunched up on my chin, which makes it projected not in a good way. But, the question is, how am i supposed to even reduce it, without causing any damage to the mentalis? Is a normal genioplasty needed, or does it have to be some sorf of liposuction or other shit?
