I hink some people are perfectly built for closeness, every time they try, every time they let someone in, it starts strong and stays that way. They're effortlessly themselves, and people are drawn to their calm confidence. They never seem to struggle with intimacy, and their relationships flourish. They're the ones who fit perfectly with others, like two pieces of a puzzle.
These people aren't intense or overwhelming; they're easy to be around, casual, and digestible. They have an effortless ability to connect with others, and people are naturally attracted to them. They're the ones who seem to belong to each other, laughing, touching, and texting back with ease.
I'm one of those people who finds it easy to form meaningful connections. I don't feel like I'm a defective thing or somehow broken. I'm not left wondering what it's like to be seen and understood. Instead, I'm often the one who does the seeing and understanding.
