How do I remove this blackhead/ acne. Need advice

Is this actually a blackhead or some other type. It randomly showed up on my face out of nowhere. Will this go off on it’s own

My skin also gets super oily due to hgh.

Looks like the start of something bigger, either a long-term permanent mole or potentially cancer.

shit i just showed it to AI, it says this is emergency. something about cancer and if u dont get it seen soon it could spread and you could be dead within 12 hours

This is either a mole or melanoma . Go to a doctor and get it checked out.
