So If I place two fingers (one on each side) of my temple area just above the cheekbones and pull up/“lift” the skin 0.5cm upwards literally EVERY SINGLE falio that I have dissapears. Lips go more upward turned, my midface looks more fresh and rejuvenated, better under eye support, zero sclera show, nasolabial folds completely disappear. My maxilla is decently forward grown and I have very good and projected cheekbones so I believe this falio could stem partly from suboptimal fat pad positioning or bad skin elasticity
Any experts who can weigh in on HOW this effect can be replicated surgically/cosmetically? A temporal lift? Malar lift/midface lift? Could even PDO threads placed properly on the face replicate this “lifting”effect?
