unless ur smashing ur face for an insane amnt of time per day and doing it with weird angles i highly doubt u look worse off cuz of it. if anything the amnt of change that acc occurs is very little from bonesmashing its mostly just swelling. u may have had just a poor lifestyle or just aged poorly in those 3 years
