how do I save my sister

doesn't drink milk, hasn't had any form of meat in over 4 years

throws up if you give her fruits, doesn't matter what fruit btw, she hates all of them equally

eats fucking straight plastic snacks 2-3 times a day, depends on her mood

tried teaching her to mew, she sometimes does it, been giving her reminders

tried telling parents to make her quit goyslop so she can actually develop a face and be healthy, but they don't give a shit

help me with saving her from rotting on femcel forums when she turns 14

despite all of that, she already has a reasonably developed face, just mild recession

if she's not drinking milk you can incorporate it into her meals. my mom would incorporate it into most things i ate like scrambled eggs curries etc. you said your parents aren't doing anything to get her healthier but if you told them you'd cook for her sometimes like you mentioned, would it be possible they at least buy her a little less junk? if she's not nose breathing properly you could show her a visual demonstration online and use nose breathing strips until she starts to get it. if she doesn't like fruits she could try them with raw honey. if you went to the right place on reddit or somewhere idk you could get useful advice and support from mothers and parents on how to get her into healthier habits
