everything sounds good except for the calorie deficit i mean my bodyfat % is just fine and it would not only stunt my growth but it would also make me lose muscle. no?

At the doses used to treat acne, isotretinoin doesn’t close growth plates because normal growth plate fusion is controlled by puberty hormones, not by the mild retinoid exposure from the Accutane treatment.
