How do I speak from my diaphragm to lower my voice?( I currently have a voice that averages around a 120 hz?

Please help. I want to sound normal while having a deeper voice instead of sounding like an autist. Is voice pill really that important?

I don't want to burn my throat though is gargling with apple cider vinegar safe? I feel like the risk/reward ratio isn't worth it
