How do I start a cycle if I cant swallow pills

If there was one thing im absolutely terrible at, it would be swallowing capsules. I literally cant even swallow a tiny zinc pill without cutting it in fourths, even fifths, and I still barely manage to get it down my throat while almost choking. How am I ganna swallow big ass hcg, dut, and aromasin pills? Brutal throat pill.

i had the same problem when i was younger, what worked was i shut the fuck up stopped being a pussy and just swallowed it. Now i swallow all the pills in my stack one go.

try with small portions of food, it's less scary I guess.
I had the same problem before, now I can take 5 caps at once, sometime almost choke but it's just a feeling, and some pain, not actual choking and dying

Put the pill at the back of your tongue, then sip water then tilt your head up and swallow
