How do i start eating normally

My entire life ive never eaten that much, ive had my phases sometimes tho, i recently had one wheee i got pretty fat so for the past month ive been starvemaxxing (~1000 cals a day) and ive been looking pretty slim and im starting to get hollow cheeks now, but recently i found out starving during puberty will make you grow less (im 5'5). So how do i eat normally without getting any fatter? Do i just eat a lot then work out to loose it (i never worked out , exercised or been to the gym that much)

type in ur height and weight and age in a bmi calculator and try to be around 5 kilos before underweight as that is still enough to grow but not enough to make u fat . After u did the Bmi thing see how many kilograms u need to gain and go to a calorie calculator and type in ur height and weight and age and u can see how much calories u gotta eat to gain 0,5 kilos per week maybe even 1 kilo . don’t be scared to not have hollow cheeks they won’t make up for the lack of height and bone mass and volume in ur face which is the mist important thing
 
Eat unprocessed/whole foods. Meat and fish, eggs, dairy, fruits and vegetables. Unlikely that you’re going to get fat with a clean diet like this. Avoid sugar/carbs that don’t come from whole foods.

For the most part processed food is what makes you fat because it’s made to be addictive and it’s not at all satiating in relation to the amount of sugar and oil it contains.
