I've always been extremely deficient of vit D (10ng/ml) so i hopped on 25.000IU once every week (pretty low dosage but whatever).
Some days ago my skin started getting itchy around my cheeks and jaw area and its covered in small red dots. My skin has always been super clear and the vit D is the only thing that changed in my diet, i then browsed on reddit ( :soy: ) and found out many ppl faced this problem after taking vit D. It may be cuz vitamin D increases test levels but since ive been deficient for so long chances are that im also low T, but i can't get both of these fixed otherwise i'll ruin my skin. Fucking brutal. What should i do?

I live in europe cucked dermatologists will never give me tret
I also live in Europe, just ask an adult friend or a parent to go to the pharmacy and get it, if they don't give it to you they will want to offer you other things, you refuse and convince them to give it to you, s if it doesn't work you can always make a fake recipe

25.000 UI seems way too high, the normal daily dose for an adult should be of 600 IU (15 mcg), or so ChatGPT says. i tried asking it if too much vitamin D would cause acne and it did give a lot of info about it. Testosterone isnt inherently correlated only to Vitamin D, you should focus on one problem at a time
