Buy two 25 pounds dumbbells
All exercises are to be done slowly and controlled. Time under tension is key
Day 1:
4 sets of 30 push ups
4 sets of 15 Arnold presses(holding dumbbells)
4 sets of 20 bicep curls (holding dumbbells)
Day 2:
30 squat Sally-up challenge
(Use song in the video)
4 sets of split squats (holding dumbbells)
4 sets of calf raises (holding dumbbells)
Day 3:
4 sets of 30 hammer curls (holding dumbbells)
4 sets of archer pushups
4 sets of shoulder flys (holding dumbbells)
Repeat. No rest days. Enjoy being aesthetic as fuck in about a month.
