How do I start my gymmaxing journey

Buy two 25 pounds dumbbells
All exercises are to be done slowly and controlled. Time under tension is key

Day 1:
4 sets of 30 push ups
4 sets of 15 Arnold presses(holding dumbbells)
4 sets of 20 bicep curls (holding dumbbells)

Day 2:
30 squat Sally-up challenge
(Use song in the video)
4 sets of split squats (holding dumbbells)
4 sets of calf raises (holding dumbbells)

Day 3:
4 sets of 30 hammer curls (holding dumbbells)
4 sets of archer pushups
4 sets of shoulder flys (holding dumbbells)

Repeat. No rest days. Enjoy being aesthetic as fuck in about a month.

it is more about bone visibility, they are more visible with less fat in the jaw, if you make significant difference you will probably like the changes.

Your face has a high potential when you masculinize yourself, hard to explain but I can definitely see you being a mogger. Blasting test and hgh would help face as well, but hold of on test for sure, no need for that yet. I wouldn't be against a bit of peptides to Jumpstart things and for bone development but once again you will get nutty newbie gains reguardless

I'll be on 3 kinds of peptides within a week, not on test but I am on arimidex which has literally doubled my test as confirmed by blood tests with no negatives. Maybe you could try that as it's also not suppresive like actual test injections.

Arimidex/aromain and/or peptides are the lowest risk PEDs under the sun. But you can certainly get by without them.

this aint the best routine but it does the job, these days i just go in and do whatever movements give me the best pump
