start socialising and making friends starts being easier when you realize that you just a human who lives theirs first and (maybe) last life. I start socialising in 13-14~ because i get though that mine internet life couldn't lasts all my life, and i asap should be well in communication. just try without any head, man, the moment where you start acting with somebody will be played, and you shouldn't try to dodge it till the end. I'm sorry if mine English bad, um Russian btw

I also had this problems. but mine advice for you in this situation is to overthink about what can think your mate. like, firstly be confirmed that human with u talk interested. try to be more silent and listen him, and predict his mood, and try to calculate reactions about ur answers, and act with best which you pick. and never try to be fake emotioned. it always sees and etc, try to create good questions about topic of your dialog
