Hello. I'm 16, fat, average height and I have average penis. I've spent last 2 years in absolute stress and terror for my future, got my academics right, graduated early and got things right. I didn't sleep normally cause J could have ended up with nothing cause of my dad so I had to grind tf out of it. I'm 118 kg, 176cm. I do cardio everyday and cut and 1400 kcal and I have 6 months before uni. I want to be shredded and be 185-190. My dad is 168, my mom is 157, I have no one tall in my family. What do I do? I plan to buy reta to boost my cut until the prom on 26 may. Help me out guys.

well reta helps you starve. starving = stunting growth. You want to lose body fat but still get full nutrition and actually eat if your goal is to grow. I undedtsjad if you want it for short term but i think there are better ways, though it takes more time. First obviously make sure you lose your fat, get healthy. Then once you’re healthy start doing softmaxxes and once you’re lean you can ask what kind of bone problems you have.

I undedtsjad if you want it for short term but i think there are better ways, though it takes more time. First obviously make sure you lose your fat, get healthy. I'm doing hell lot of cardio on elliptical, like 5 hour sessions every day till I hit 2-3k for 1.5 months and I genuinely see no result. Atp I just want to speed up things cause I don't have a problem with dieting or exercising, I have good base with muscles. I'm literally the tallest in my whole extended family, but I'm still average.

That’s too much exercising. Like it or not you’re literally exhausting your body and using hormones for muscle protein synthesis instead of development. When i worked out a lot i was growing slowly then i quit everything and got healthy, got a growth spurt now i’m 6’4. Ofc it’s an anecdote but i wouldn’t exhaust my body that much. You also need more sleep at that point which is hard to get when you have school. Please like my comments tho for dat rep

I don't have school, I graduated early so I could work for college. I got sponsorship so now I'm free for 6 months.

Everyone knows you grow in summer. Which is because you have no stress, sun, and of course more sleep. Exercising like that gives you stress and less sleep i would not go that route if i was you. maybe you should try atleast lowering the amount and see if you feel more energetic. To grow you need a surplus of energy and also nutrients

It's not that bad and I can't really afford peptides or a coach rn. I just got the money for reta cause I saw some solid results from my friends.

buy Reta and do a bunch of coke and only cardio everyday if your actuaully trying to slay
 
I don't know any other consistent way to get good deficit without ruining proteins, vitamins and other nutrients intake.
do what works best for you but when i wanted to lose bodyfat i just hopped on keto and laid in bed didnt do anything but became super lean
