How do I stop being a pussy with confrontations?

I was out with some friends today and we got followed; eventually chased through our town centre by a group of teens (probably between 16-18 years old). Everyone in my group are high T low inhib and embrace confrontations and weren’t fazed all, bickering with the group as they followed us.

I am completely the opposite and try to avoid all forms of confrontations. My friends are willing to back me if i ever got into a fight but I feel I can’t offer the same to them as I just can’t punch people for some reason.

What can I do to rid myself of my low t behaviour?

JFL as a European guy I'm so paranoid about guns in US that I wouldn't stand my ground for anything in your hillbilly country.

I think your instincts are right though, why would you want to start a confrontation? You could potentially get stabbed, or even worse, have your face ruined and drop to 1 PSL and become a truecel. If your friends are good friends, talk to them about this, I'm sure they'll understand
