It's not even really necessary to stop bing eating if your concern is gaining weight, instead change what you're binge eating.
Binge eat vegetables and drink a lot of water. These will make you feel full while not having many calories in them, water having 0. You can add some flavor to the mix with fruits.

binge eat some salads its what worked for me

If you binge eat lean meats you will start losing a ton of weight. If you binge eat low calorie high volume foods like celery, carrots, watermellon, etc then you will no longer have crazy weight gain. I would make these changes as you slowly stop the binge eating habit. These are temporary fixes to stop the weight gain.

For me I used to eat upwards of 20,000 calorie meals at night (probably 7-10k on average). I could've probably been one of those professional eaters if I wanted too. I had this habit for a while since I never gained fat so to me it wasn't harming me and it was extremely satisfying. Eventually, I become obsessed with health and longevity at around 24 years old and I stopped cold turkey as high calorie diets ages you pretty quickly. For me having a strong desire to be healthy and increase my lifespan that was enough to stop without needing any tricks or hacks.

oh that's not too bad at all. I suppose along with the low calorie high volume foods you could also incorporate a punishment that burns those calories like exercises you hate or cold showers (burns 75 cal per 5 minutes). Make the punishment bad enough that you won't even dare to do it ever again. You can't bitch out though, you have to follow through with the punishment. Potentially one punishment may be all you need to stop.
