Today I ate the following:
-2 egg sandwiches
-A pizza
-A bowl of ice cream
-8 cookies
-Soda
-Tacos
-Currently drinking juice whilst writing this

This shit needs to stop, it's raping my productivity, mood and skin:forcedsmile:

Should I just take all the junk food I got left and throw it in the trash? I seriously can't keep living like this I got like 8 hours of youtube and clash screentime today:trepidation:

it's really all about how much you want this. no one can take your food off your hands and throw it out you have to throw out everything you have left and you can for example make yourself a list of healthy meals for the day and if you're hungry for more snack on some fruits

i've been locked in for like 3 weeks before but not long enough to fully clear my skin and get the benefits pretty much, I just gotta commit to never eating goyslop again:Comfy:

what you can do, especially at the beginning is to find healthy alternatives for your cravings. for example eating a homemade pizza with ingredients rich in nutrients would be better than eating one from donino's or some other shit

nigga what the fuck, this is like asking how to stop staying up all night when i keep choosing to stay up all night, just stop fucking eating it. Its not that hard, leave the house go to the gym do something productive, not being able to resist ur own urge of eating junkfood is for the week,
