How do i stop making weird facial expressions?

whenever i get in photos and im not aware, or group photos, i`m making weird facial expressions, and it make`s me look way worse.
I squint allot cus of stupid tiktok guides and now i cant stop doing it, it looks horrible
Also i my fake smile looks really really weird.
Is there anyway i can stop smilling that way, my smiles look horrible almost all the time.
