but yea thayd thr only option, It usually means ur palate is too short and ur tongue cant stay in ur mouth properly. So u should go to an ortho anf get a palate expander

everyone says this but Idk because it seems good. my tounge can fit perfectly in my pallate. its not narrow buts its a normal sized pallate
