HOW DO I STOP MOUTHBREATHING IN SLEEP???????

I don't have money for the special mouth tapes and if i use normal tape ill look like a retard to my family.
I always mouthbreath in my sleep and I've been starting to notice downgrowth but just a little tiny bit.
HELLP?!?!???!?

I use this every night, my parents thought I was retarded at first and they still do probably but idgaf. Pretty sure this is the best way.

Maybe you have nasal congestion and weak abs and diaphragm that's why your body is forced to mouth breath during sleep.

How do i know if i hace that?
When i relax everything my nose closes
