How do I stop myself from rating randoms in public

Ever since lurking here I find myself rating people I look at in public, and if their rating is subhuman-ltn I subconsciously dislike them and its kind of fucked up. I guess this forum showed me the harsh reality but I much preferred it when I hadnt known this sub and what to look out for on a face
