how do I stop myself from sleeping?

So I come back from work at 12 pm then I eat food and then I feel like taking a small nap but I end up sleeping for almost 4hrs

It's happening with me every single day it has not only fucked up my sleep schedule I don't even get enough time to work
 
just don't go to sleep?
 
Set a timer on your phone or exercise
