How do I stop stuttering?

I couldnt find an answer for this anywhere. But for some background I stutter except when im reading outloud or singing. Sometimes it is so bad that someone next to me would have to help me finish the sentence because I cant get the word out.

You should definitely get it checked out by a pathologist if you can.

Stuttering is really nd so treat it ASAP.
Also google is free use it.
