man i really need to study finals are coming up i take adderall but still its kind useless, what should i do to study

If adderall doesn't work bro idk
Maybe clean ur room and make it desirable to study in or smt

I take caffeine before study and listen Thunderstome techno music to being stimulated, this second might work for you.
