how do i train neck and wide shoulders at home?

I got a pull up bar, but then i have a 30kg dumbell

if i did my pullups wide will it help grow neck or shoulders?

also what way should i do pushups for max shoulder or neck gains.

i already took hgh im twinkmaxxed though, id say my frame is way better than it was before i need to work on the muscles part.

not too much muscle though maybe an extra kg or 2 of muscle ideally. And im hoping neck gaisn will make up for any facial fat.

idfk but i have such shit posture but i dont think my frame is bad i just have shit posture where i put my shoulders foward jfl. I think im 21 inch bidlet
 
Do neck curl and neck extension on a bench or bed, be carefull do it without weight with long series

Hmm it's more complex than that

1/ Doing extra wide pull-ups & weighted stretches can elongate your tendons and potentially increase clavicles and scapulas width by elongating acromioclavicular & sternoclavicular joints. That's why here doing compound lifts like reeves shrugs, deficit snatch grip deadlifts and high-pulls, extra wide pull-ups can POTENTIALLY increase the frame, alongside growing mid/lower traps.

2/ For sarcoplasmic hypertrophy of the shoulders and the neck, you need to do overhead presses, lateral raises and neck curls & extensions like @Jungcuck mentionned above.
Lateral raises, rear delts raises, neck curls & extensions need to be done low weight high reps, high sets and more frequency since these muscles can recover quickly

Lateral raises for shoulders nigga

Also pullups are good for back which is essential if youre wide hip cel like me

I'm neckcel too but i saw some where that having big neck cause sleep apnea so I don't want that shit

such cope it literally causes u to be knocked out easier, makes u more dizzier, makes ur head support weaker, makes u more tired. Big neck mogs

Pike pushups progressing to handstand eventually, for shoulders.
Overhead pressing a 30kg dumbbell should give decent shoulders though
