How do I understand that I need to stop taking Accutane without bloodwork?

i bought accutane from india mart and i didnt do any bloodwork. my dosage is also lowk high, im taking 60 mg of accutane daily and i weight 60 kg. and im planning to take it for 5-6 months. so, are there any signs that my liver is fucked and i need to stop using it? or bloodwork is the only way to know if something is wrong?

Blood work is the only accurate way. Everything else is just guess work. Why such a high dosage though, you’re asking your liver to get raped doing 60 mg a day being 60 kg

People are overdoing the liver thing too much. Unless you've had previous liver issues in the past you will most likely not have any liver issues.

Though starting at 60mg for 60kg is a little high. I'd reccommend 20mg.

but my liver should recover after i finish the course, right? also i have healthy diet and im only 15 so i think my liver is in a very good state now. I dont think that accutane will damage it too badly, even at 60 mg daily

its doesed per kg of bw, u are taking a 1:1 ratio of mg to kg of bw, ur liver will be destroyed. im 100kg and i only take 30mg (cleared most of my acne in 6 months). u are tryna rush it way too much, max u should do is 20mg. also not to cope but i heard it stunts growth so prob better to use tret.

Why are you taking 60mg without blood test low iq ah.
Atleast take a blood test or lower your dose to 20mg.
Blood test is very simple.

60 is fine my first course I went up to 80 at the end but didnt hit high enough cumulative dose and came it came back after 6 months. On 2nd course and went up to 80mg after 5 days at 40. Perfectly fine blood test, 0 side effects apart from dry lips. 6'2 66kg

agree, I feel like most people overestimate the damage from accutane, especially if you are generally healthy and dont have any problems with liver

Spot on, it's not that deep if you have 0 issues with blood tests and anything, you can up your dose, I would say max 1.3-1.4mg/kg daily. I'll go up to 90 mg/kg soon and will aim to hit 150mg/kg

No if you damage your liver there’s no coming back from it. I have a friend with permanent liver damage and his life is horrible, can’t eat specific things or take any stimulants or he feels horrible. Nothing to fuck around with

Don’t take such a high dosage when you are a twink. Also buy TUCA and NAC take it daily, recommend it from NutriCost their quality is good
