Hit the back of your brain with something very hard like a rock or a hammer.

Make sure the surface is wide enough tho, so it encompasses your whole cranium.

Hit very hard and repeatedly until it triggers the cortisol and stress hormones evisceration process.

You will know when it's triggered usually after you start feeling fatigued and your nose will bleed and shit but its all part of the process so don't worry.

If you do this you will never have to worry about stress again
