How do I use Hydrocortisone cream properly to shrink my nose?

It‘s 1% hydrocortisone i heard from some users that they used it 6 months daily others claim that you should only use it for 2 weeks for a permanent effect. So how do i use it properly to ascend my goddamn nose?
