How do i use hydrogen peroxide to whiten teeth?

You need hydrogen peroxide gel buddy, preferably 45% concentration (u can get it from eBay maybe or professional whitening kits meant for in office whitening)

I think I've seen users talk about putting hydrogen peroxide liquid in their mouth and tilting their head down so it's all around their front teeth and standing like that for a while, so try that maybe
