title, my upper and lower teeth are crowded, shitty orthodontists recommended me premolar extractions and i think that God prevented me from getting them because i stumbled upon orthotropics and went to an orthrotropic orthodontist and he told me to fucking leave it as is or extract my wisdom teeth, said some bullshit that expansion is going to reverse in adults.

Does anyone have a positive experience with using myobrace or other appliance as an adult? MSE is my last resort, the first provider is 100 fucking miles away in my country.
