How do ketofags cope if carbs are essential for lifting? Protein overdose theory? (water and dnr)

I tried low carb but its not good enough for lifting. I'd need a ton more fat or protein if I wanted to meet that energy expenditure (inb4 calories don't exist goatis cope, if calories don't exist then how come I would be in catabolism if I didn't eat more? Fag) sooooo if anyone here is low carb lifter, do you just overdose on protein? How do I carb cope? I eat grainsludge (just enough) before lifting and I immediately notice shit digestion and bloat (water retention broooootal) just get double jaw surgery atp?

The 70s bodybuilding diet was basically just beef, eggs, dairy and chicken breast.

Just enough to cover for the workout (approx 700 calories) and maybe 50g carbs after for recovery. Without the preworkout carbs I eat slightly below BMR, all lean
