You should do the fasting method jusy dont eat or drink until sunset so about 6 i promise you if you eat healthy youll get lean within a year and no liquid calories no matter whatRETA OR DON'T EAT CARBS
id do that if it wont stunt my fucking growth gng am still growing if i doing eat enough ill lose weight but hormones wont be balnced and wont grow meaning i wont see any progress in the gym even if i did
I’m also 15 trying to lose fat. Yeah 2050 is already little for your weight that would already be a deficit but you might want to bump it up to like 2300 or something so you’re not undereating. By your post title I can tell you probably don’t lift correctly so do your research, train till failure and pick the exercises that feel the best for you just because some prick on the internet does it, don’t mean it will be good for you. Watch vids on lifting and nutrition and you’ll get the jist of it. Rep me
