Well I can boil it down to you, high dose rhGH, nothing less than 10iu or you will stunt yourself. Take 2.5mg letrozole every day and you're already off to a good start and honestly most of the work you need.

Erdafitinib is a really good addition for releasing the brake on chondrocyte proliferation but aren't as necessary as the other 2 as they are staples. It makes you grow really fast but can have some seriously undesirable side effects if you don't know how to mitigate them.

Non aromatising anabolic androgenic steroids can really help with hypersensitising your IGF-1 receptors to IGF-1 which makes the work of GH much more potent. It also buffers igf-1 levels as a whole anyways.

Keeping testosterone on the lower side of normal is good too, to reduce intracrine aromatisation. Some people go as far as to nuking it but that's too much for me imo

Doing the things I said here will likely grant you a good 1-3 inches onto your fah.
