How do people afford surgery?

How the fuck am I supposed to be able to afford surgery? I'm making 50k a year and have to pay for rent, insurance, food, etc leaving me with like 1k to save per month. Do most surgerycels just get a loan, get their parents to pay for it or just have an insane job? Do these surgery places force you to pay upfront?

People focus way too much on softmaxxing. Not that it doesn’t help, but it’ll only enhance your genetics, nothing more. They forget to moneymaxx so they can actually afford surgeries, which is the real looksmaxxing.
