Yes very possible. I use a little weight that came in my moms ankle weights 😂 rofl😂 also u could use ur knuckles but not ur main ones (metacarpals) (yes i searched it up) but ur pip joint (yes also searched it up)

I havent opened the linktree but dude have done 7 surgeries and promote hardmaxxing to people, the before pictures are also from early teenage years, it should tell u all u need to know

Yeah and hes been transparent about all the hardmaxxes which is alot better than lying and claiming it was some random softmaxx method.

Yes so if the dude have done 7 surgeries on his face instead of relying of bonesmashing it means he didnt felt any measurable changes and he wont smash after all of this anyway (fillers migration, etc)

Yeah always a possibility. But then again the procedures he did were not ones that bonesmashing could replicate. Also most were done recently in his trip to Thailand (if i am not mistaken) after his bonesmashing thread and results.
