How do people manage to eat enough calories?

My maintenance is 2000 calories, because I'm 15, 58kg, 181cm and 6.5% bodyfat. When I used to eat junk and slop I always got my calories to 2000 or beyond, but recently after I started eating healthy I'm lucky to see 800. I just eat like 2 steaks and a cup of coffee a day and I can't anymore, how should I reach 150g of protein or 2000+ calories??

thats what im trying to do, but how do i even reach the calories??
i mean if you can only eat 2 steak in a day im assuming you don’t move a lot. Also stop caring abt eating healthy 181 58kg is absurd. Eat anything. Liquid calories can help alot

i cant eat anymore goyslop its actually disgusting and ill throw up. imma kms if i ever go obese again

i walk a lot, like an hour and 10k+ steps every day but how many calories should i even eat?

and theres no way youre 6% bf thats unhealthy. Aim for like 10-12 since youre 15, focus more on developing correctly

but thats unhealthy and disgusting asf tho
disgusting is being skin and bones, if you really cant bulk clean then it wont hurt to eat a little bit dirty, and with less clean i dont instantly mean fast food if you find it disgusting, theres other high calorie things you can eat

4l of lactose free milk/choc milk (around 2160kcal) + 1 meal so easy, even easier with raw milk if possible

Olive oil. Use a lot of it to increase calories.
