How do people spit game?

I’m slowly starting to ascend and am getting proud of it, but day by day i realize i cant fucking spit game. In one of my other threads (Here) I was discussing how my social skills are degrading and i need help to get them back. I am nd (high functioning autism specifically) and my social anxiety is horrible. Ive already mentioned that i cant cold approach people and make good small talk but few times i end up making a friend but for girls i fucking suck. Maybe cuz i started beating my meat at 11 but I lost almost all of my ability to talk to girls and thats why i don’t even try anymore. How can i fix this?
