Look you need to measure body parameters if you are worried.im worried i gain fat bro idc about muscle that much
Also dont eat junk, even roided guys should not eat junk, it messes up hormonal signalling. Try eating whole foods if you canLook you need to measure body parameters if you are worried.
1. Meaure bodyfat using US Navy method every week/month. Track your changes.
2. Measure weight in the morning after taking a piss. Track changes and notice weight gain as a percentage of total body weight weekly/monthly.
3. Measure waist circumference every day and notice if it changes weekly.
The reason I am telling you to measure these is that you need to keep adjusting your calories if it shifts into extremes. Main is the weight. You should ideally gain about 0.5-1% of bodyweight per month when natty, you'll have to look up the number for juiced idk that. Whatever number you get, make sure you bodyweight is increasing by that percent every month. If it overshoots decrease calories, and vice versa. Generally you want to bulk and cut between 10-18% bf, ideally 12-17%. Thats why I asked you to measure bodyfat every month. Dont bulk above 18-20%, your calorie partitioning will get affected, start a cut right away to 10-12%. And waist circumference is for noticing if you are getting too fat. If that is an issue, up the protein or dial down the calories, but if you are roided this wont be much of an issue provided you are already taking care of diet.
Look up the ideal weight gain % per month for juiced though. Thats the only thing I dont know. The only way to get consistent results is by consistently measuring your body
