Im just 16 and i have horrible fat distribution or
Im just so bad at debloating i eat very little sugar,no junk food,just good food all the macros and micros good my pottasium go like 5k or over even and sodium is like under 3k most likely but i still didnt debloat shit im like 12% bf i gotta cut more i think ..
What can i try to do???
I dont have that much UEE but its cuz im looking to top,, anyway how can i ascend from ltn to like mtn atleast,, im tryna fix the acne its under work too
