People often confuse respect with courtesy. Be initially courteous to all women most women, but not respectful. Respect is something that has to be earned. You can't just go giving it away like candy on Halloween. Anyone who does that only signifies that they've got no respect for themselves.

Do I respect women? Well, it depends on the woman. Not all women are worthey of respect. The ones who aren't respectable definitely know it in their hearts. Do you really think those those type of women are gonna have any respect for you if you treat em like dignified ladies, when they know they're not, just because they've got vaginas? Can any other woman truly value a man who gives his respect to women like that? The respect of a man who values himself never comes cheap.

You should only listen to women's problems within reason. Like if it's something you're actually able to help with. If they're just droning on about problems with their interpersonal relationships (conflicts/drama with their friends and whatnot) just pretend to fall asleep and start snoring obnoxiously. They'll love you for it. Trust me, this type of behaviour is much more endearing to women than pretending like you actually care.
