Low stress job/low workload in college
7-9 hours of Sleep
No alcohol or only 1-2 drinks per week
Eating enough food
Being happy in your life and not depressed.
 
corticosteroids if its in the dangerous levels. other than that, try Mag Glyc and CBD.
 
Martial arts will skyrocket cortisol.
They will lower your inhibition BY A LOT = lowering cortisol

You will feel safer too and more confident = lower cortisol

I'm not saying you need to do professional fights
