Speaking from experience. Look at the clinical studies that show the potential Ketamine has for treating depression. All other NMDA antagonists act the same way, so PCP and Memantine should provide with the same benefits.

5mg a day for a week, then bump to 10mg a day for another week, then 15mg a day for a week, and finally bump to 20mg a day indefinitely without ever upping the dose again
