How do yall cope through school?

Schools coming up/has already started and I was wondering how you guys get through it

For me it was always with my phone, weed (or any drug really), music, doodling, games, ect

Idk. When youre nuerodivergent school is fucking torture

I think the method is not sleeping at night and sleeping through class
