How do you accurately and flawlessly measure the calories burned throughout the day (total calories, not just workout calories).

What wearable devices provide the most accurate data possible?

none, they are all incredibely inaccurate and dumb. Track what you eat and maintain activity levels.

What wearable devices provide the most accurate data possible?
it’s difficult once you account for BMR, NEAT, EAT, TEF and others in probably missing. But some wearables/sites can give you a rough estimate

If you’re really keen on getting the exact amount take whatever those websites give you and eat at what they tell you is “maintenance” and track your weight over a week or two and you’ll eventually find it through some trial and error. Then you can decide what to do from there
