You can’t change the bones or fat pads around your eyes, but you can change your eyelashes, eyebrows, eye color, sclera and similar features. i started puberty at around 12-13 and right now im turning 16 very soon and i have good growth on my maxilla and like less prominent cheekbones but they are not recessed or anything, my dad actually has smaller eyes which are good but for example my older brother who has good bones has like bad canthel tilt and over all eyes (mb if this was hard to read)
oh and btw my main question was just how much could your orbitals change during puberty in general, like is it possible for a change to make ur eyes have better tilt? be wider and smaller? those type of thiings
