How do you enjoy alone time?

I enjoy to not interact with ppl in person. It makes me lonely though sometimes but I still don’t wanna interact IRL.

I also don’t like online friends because I get attached to them and I don’t like that (I already tried it 10000 times)

I can interact online with IRL ppl I know, at the same time it can only be superficial, they are not allowed to find out about my personal life

No I don’t wanna write with an ai all day

It’s so complicated any genuine tips are welcomed

I already don’t meet ppl and I enjoy being alone. I once went 5 months without hanging out.

Anyways there are some times where I do get lonely. The problem is not that I crave ppl, the problem is that I crave ppl who give me ideas what to do. All my life I never knew how to entertain myself and I really feel it when I’m lonely. I used to be scared that ppl forget about me but I don’t care because I know that God is always watching me and it comforts me.

Anyways how do i fucking find a way to spend alone time 24/7? I’m already doing the alone time and then seeing ppl at school, but I want to be alone as Taxi Driver (movie) etc.

I want to find a way on how to be happy being alone, on how to stop seeking interaction with others.
I’ve been stuck with this problem for the past months

How do follow that routine, i also want to have a routine. I tried putting for each stuff an alarm on my phone but i never used it cuz its so many alarms and so overwhelming.
